Field Service Technician will work with products and systems offered by Energy & Environment Inc. a progressive and innovating company. Must have good knowledge of combustion systems, control and instrumentation. This position requires the ability and desire to work at onshore facilities along with in shop repair and service. Must be willing and capable of performing work on the site when necessary. Work is typically planned in advance, but individuals are subject to call-out service 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.  Must be customer oriented and willing to work overtime as required. Work schedule may involve evening and weekend call in, often with very little notice with limited supervision. This individual will function in the capacity as focal point for our clients and their needs. Must be able to establish and maintain productive customer relationships by following up on jobs performed and professionally handle customer inquiries. Duties will entail working along with project management team to fulfill customers’ needs with a willingness to ensure safety and work quality.

Must be able to read and interpret various part drawings, customer specifications, maintenance instructions. Engage in problem-solving by performing product and service analysis, participating in hands-on evaluations and providing written recommendations to ensure customer equipment is performing at optimal levels. Fluent in English. Must be willing to take responsibility to ensure safety and work quality. Must be capable of passing all required safety courses necessary for this position including physical evaluations. Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel programs and have a valid driver’s license and pass drug/alcohol tests.
